Good Morning, It's 630AM!

What ru doing still up at his hour?

Gosh... i'm having my sleepless nite
again. Just early this month, i was
having trouble sleeping, and for almost
two weeks, i was awake throughout
the nite, watched the sun comes up,
then went for breakfast, came back,
read the newspapers, watched some TV,
then went to bed.

In a way, i suspected that i was going
through some kind of depression... minor
depression.

Then after helping out a good friend's wedding
(it's not a same-sex union, sad to disappoint),
i found myself sleeping before 12 for the next
few days. What could have happened? A miracle?
I wrote an e-mail to cindy and she replied,
giving me lecture on the importance of sleeping
early. Cindy dear, when i wrote to you at 530AM,
i was already awake from my nite sleep la.

Now its back to sleeplessness again. Is the
depression back? Or has it never gone away
in the first place?

I'll Be Your Wine...

Woke up at 230pm today (normal for me).
On my mobile and got a msg from my girlfriend
(read: a friend who is female) asking to go out.

Yeah, why not. It's a sunday, got nothing's planned.
Not that i'm expecting some hunks to ask me out
anyway. Futhermore, it is always fun going out
with Celina.

We went for a show, Tim Burton's Corpse Bride.
It was a fun movie, lots of funny scene, a little dark
too. But there are some touchy moments too...
I think the scene where Victoria first met Victor
was really sweet. He playing the piano, and she
walking down the stairs. The scene where Emily
let Victor go (although she loves him), as she
understood how it felt to lose someone she loves,
was really touching. Well, maybe not to some, but
i'm a sucker for touchy touchy stuff =>

But is it true that when you love someone,
then you gotta let them go?

Intrigued by the storyline, i did a google on the
corpse bride, and found out that it was actually
based on an old folkstory. An interesting read.

Ring Ring From UK

It was Sat evening, and I got a call from a good friend, KH
from UK. Awwww that bitch! He just bought three watches,
one ARMANI, one KENNETH COLE, another XXX (can't
remember la). Bitch! I don't own even one watch here!

KH & I go back a long long way. We knew each other from
the chatroom, more than 5 years ago (if i didn't remember
wrongly). We were super crazy then, chatting every day
for hours! He was in JB then, I was in KL.. There was another
buddy of us, Dan, who was in KL too. We called each other
sister, but we have another name for KH, but i am not saying
here, or else he is gonna get mad (not that it matters, cos he
IS already mad anyway).

We chatted about everything, from guys... to guys(?) =)
To me, KH was this crazy, out of mind, fun guy.
I can't really remember when and where we first finally
met up, after many years of chatting. But one thing for sure,
there is no regrets knowing this guy.

Now that he is doing very good in UK, I am really happy for him.
Sigh... i am still stuck here, with no progress... future still looks
bleak.

Saw the new music video of Hung Up yesterday.
It was fabulous. It was so not-Madonna. But I love it.

Love her dancing scene in the studio. Love the
pink outfit on her. And especially love the raw

Clubbing Anyone?

Friday night, alone at home.

Well, nothing extraodinary, nothing unusual.
I've also been a homey person... well, after those
few wild partying years.

I remember going to clubs every week and
hanging out till the wee hours. But i quit doing
that few years back. That was at a time when
i started a relationship. I don't think that was the
reason why i stopped clubbing. Well, maybe yes...
But i believe the main reason was that i got bored
with it. My friends and I would go crazy and scream
when we heard Mariah, Madonna and Kylie! Those
were the days.

I still love going occasionally, love the loud
dancing music, love to get on the dance floor.
Love to look at those gorgeous men, love to be
stared at too =)

Is There Something Wrong?

I was rather hungry when I reached home at 2315.
Had a wild wild day... Took a bath and did some preparation
for my work later in the afternoon.

Went to the kitchen... wanted to microwave instant noodles...
Mmmmm need to eat healthy. So i abandoned the idea.
Settled for Milo (chocolate drink) and cream cracker.

Dunno why, but halfway through, my eyes got watery...
and tears then rolled down...

In thru mouth, out thru nose!

Had a good swim this afternoon. Third swim this week.
i find myself addicted to swimming after taking lessons
early this year.

I had always wanted to learn swimming, although i had
minor phobia when it comes to water... First attempt to learn
swimming was with my dad when i was still a little boy.
After just a while, mom decided that i should not have vigorious
exercise as i had some illness (swimming is virgorous??? -
anyway mom was and is a very protective person).

Second attempt was with my ex. What i can say is that...
it was a very wonderful time... Then time caught up with us.
~ end of story ~

After the break up... a lot of things went thru my mind.
One of them was that I wanted to keep myself busy with
some new hobbies. Swimming was one of my options.

So i went around asking about lessons, and i got serious
with it. What sports you can enjoy without a partner, and
without getting all sweaty? And not to mention, getting nice tan =)

No looking back since then... though i'm just a beginner...
